Nopecube Tinytools · Effective 2 November 2026
Small tools. Clear data choices.
This notice applies to the 13 Nopecube Tinytools mobile apps listed below. It explains how camera and photo features work on your device, which app features send diagnostics to Google, and what happens when you choose to share or copy something.
Who this notice covers
Publisher: Nopecube LLC. Tinytools includes Basket Budget, Best Group Photo, Clean Link, Add to Calendar, Laundry Symbols, When to Leave, My Price Notes, Hide Before Sharing, Even Bill Split, Return Day, Subscription Renewal, Compare Text, and Wi-Fi Card. This notice concerns those apps; the nopecube.com website has separate hosting practices.
You do not need to create an account. Nopecube LLC does not operate a server or account service that receives the information you enter into these apps. App calculations run locally. Depending on the app and feature, preferences and enabled recent history are stored in the app's local storage on your device. Entered text is not saved by Compare Text, Add to Calendar, or Clean Link. Wi-Fi Card does not save the password used to create a QR code.
Images and on-device recognition
Depending on the feature, every Tinytools app lets you use the camera or choose an image from your library. Images and QR codes are read on your device. Clean Link and Wi-Fi Card scan QR codes locally. Laundry Symbols shows a label photo beside a searchable guide to 27 care symbols; it does not identify the symbols automatically yet. Images are not sent to a Nopecube server.
Nine apps use Google ML Kit on-device: Basket Budget, Best Group Photo, Add to Calendar, My Price Notes, When to Leave, Even Bill Split, Return Day, Subscription Renewal, and Compare Text. Their selected image or screenshot and recognition results are processed on the device; Google says ML Kit does not send that input or output to its servers.
Separately, Google says ML Kit may contact Google for bug fixes, model updates, and hardware compatibility information, and sends diagnostic, performance, and usage metrics. On Android, these can include device and app information, per-installation identifiers, performance measurements, API configuration, input/output sizes, feature versions, event types, and error codes. Google says Android metrics are encrypted in transit using HTTPS and are not shared with third parties. This SDK behavior applies to the nine apps named above. Google's ML Kit terms and platform data disclosures are linked below.
Copying, sharing, and notifications
If you choose Copy or Share, the operating system passes the selected text or file to the clipboard, system share sheet, or destination you choose. Hide Before Sharing creates a redacted image for you to save or share. Once content reaches a destination app or service, that destination's privacy practices apply. Nopecube does not receive a copy through this action.
Return Day and Subscription Renewal can schedule reminders using local notifications on your device. They do not send remote push notifications.
Retention, deletion, and backups
Preferences and enabled history remain in app storage until you clear them, reset or uninstall the app, or the operating system removes them. Each app provides a way to clear its displayed history where history is available. Uninstalling removes the app's local data under the platform's normal behavior. Whether app data is included in a device backup depends on your operating system and backup settings; a backup provider may handle included data under its own terms.
Because Nopecube does not receive the app data, Nopecube cannot retrieve or delete a copy on your behalf.
Advertising, analytics, and contact
The Tinytools apps do not include advertising or a Nopecube-operated analytics service. The nine ML Kit apps have the separate Google diagnostics and usage-metrics behavior described above.
For privacy questions, contact hello@nopecube.com. Nopecube LLC may update this notice when app behavior changes. The effective date is 2 November 2026.
